Flexo PET - a versatile bundling and protection solution

Flexo Wrap is a durable,flexible solution to protecting and organizings your wires and cables. The color matched hook and loop closure provides easy installation and access to cables at any time.

It is a premium grade sleeving manufactured from polyetheylene terephtalate monofilament material which has a high temperature resistance. It's open expandable open weave design allows it to conform to a wide variety of bundle diameters even irregular shapes.

Cuts cleanly with a hot knife. Available in 4 colors: Black, White, Gray and Beige

Flexo PET is tested and approved for use under FAR 23/25, FMVSS 302, UL and CSA material standards. Additionally, it is in compliance with RoHS, the European directive on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances.

Industrial wire management solution utilizing Flexo PET

It is ideal for a limitless number of electronic, automotive, marine and industrial wire management and bundling applications. Examples include engine compartment dressup, home theater wire management, customizing computer case wiring, office wire management, automotive harnesses, scuba hose protection, and many more.

The material cuts quickly and cleanly with a hot knife or similar tool, and once installed, will beautify and protect any wire, cable, hose, spring or chain application. To terminate the ends of any application you can use heat shrink tubing, cable ties, hook and loop straps, or plain electrical tape.

Installation

FLEXO WRAP is designed for quick and easy management of wire, cable and hose assemblies. Just separate the hook and loop fasteners along the edge of the material and slip the entire length of FW around or under your harness or component assembly. The wide expandability range allows FW to easily fit around odd-shaped connectors and gently constrict around the diameter of your wires. When the FW is in place, simply seal the hook and loop along the edges.
