All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please call us to obtain an RMA number before returning any items.

Manufacturer and distributors expressly disclaim any and all warranties not set forth herein, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and/or warranty of merchantability which might otherwise be applicable. In the event of a manufacturing defect, buyer's remedy shall be strictly limited to refund of the purchase price or replacement. Buyer specifically acknowledges waiver of any claim against either manufacturer or distributor regarding consequential damages to person or property, damages for loss of use, lost time, lost wages, lost income, loss or profit, or other incidental or consequential damages. Manufacturer and/or distributor reserve the right to make specification and price changes without prior notice or subsequent obligation.

If your shipment contains a defective product or we sent you the wrong product:

Return the defective item and we will replace it at no cost to you.
Items must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition with the packaging slip, all warranty cards, and accessories (if applicable).
Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
