The Unitag Cable ID is a plastic snap-on labeling system that provides a quick and easy way to mark and identify cables. It can be used on virtually any size cable or groups of cables. Use a permanent marking pen or labeling machine to mark the Unitag. The Unitag also works with certain Avery� labels.
Unitag cable identification labels were developed to provide a quick, easy method to clearly label. It fits up to a 1/4" diameter cable.
Unitag cable labels are easy to read. They can be oriented to be easily read in hard to reach areas, behind computer desks and crowded wiring closets. The marking surface can be rotated 360 for easy viewing.
Unitag labels are easily installed. They are interchangeable and reusable. A marking pen can be used directly on the surface or a label machine can be used.
Labeling with the Unitag Cable ID System is Easy & Fast.
Following cable installation, at least one Unitag label should be placed by the instller
at each end of the cable. Each label should be marked to show "near end" and "far end"
terminations of the cable. It is recommended that you write on or label the Unitag
before snapping it onto the cable.
